When you choose your tickets and click Get Tickets, enter your Safaricom mobile number. An automated M-Pesa STK PIN prompt appears instantly on your handset. Enter your PIN and wait 5 seconds. The ticket with your QR admission pass is generated immediately.
You can instantly view and retrieve your pass by clicking My Tickets on this device, or WhatsApp our team at +254 700 000 000 with your Safaricom M-Pesa confirmation code.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels or postpones the event. In case of cancellation, full refunds are processed automatically back to the originating Safaricom M-Pesa account within 48 business hours.
No printing is necessary! Simply present the QR pass on your mobile phone screen at the venue gate for instant scanning by the event team.
